  Yesterday session of board took place, there have been summed up social and economic development of the Kharkov area in 2006 and there were discussed plans for 2007. The chairman of committee of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine concerning national safety and defense, the People\'s Deputy of Ukraine, the president of the Ukrainian union of industrialists and businessmen Anatoly Kinakh had participation.
