Alternative public hearings under municipal tariffs have begun as a picket
Nearby 500 person have gathered for picket against the increasing of tariffs for municipal services which has passed at building of \"ÕÀÒÎÁ\" before the beginning of alternative public hearings which were organized by public organization « City patrol ».
Among picketeers there were people with flags of Socialist party, Regional association of trade unions.
Participants of picket scanned « Authority, have conscience! », « no increasing of tariffs! ».
At alternative public hearings which now passes in a small hall of theatre of an opera and ballet house nearby 400 person have gathered . For the discussion Organizers have invited « City patrol » and heads of the city, but the places intended for officials are empty.
